Your Mission We are seeking an experienced Industry Expert specializing in the Financial Services sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including current trends, regulations, and best practices. This role will be instrumental in providing strategic insights, guiding decision-making processes, and enhancing our company's position within the financial services market.
What you'll do at UiPath - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sell and implement industry-specific solutions and strategies.
- Work jointly with the core enterprise key account executives to win the top decision makers mindshare.
- Develop positive business cases which support financial institutions positive business outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Create and deliver presentations, reports, and whitepapers on financial services topics for both internal and external audiences.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and forums as a thought leader.
- Mentor and guide team members on industry-specific knowledge and best practices.
What you'll bring to the team - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of various financial services sectors, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and fintech.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles within the financial services sector is a plus.
Fluent German and English
