Your Mission At UiPath, enabling our customers, practitioners, partners, and GTM professionals is central to our success. As the Director of Revenue/Sales Enablement, you will oversee the comprehensive enablement of users, enhance sales and sales engineering competencies, and manage our Executive Briefing Centers and Advisory Boards.
We seek a candidate with a strong GTM background and significant experience in enabling large tech organizations. You should have a proven ability to scale organizations by collaborating across geographies.
What you'll do at UiPath - Lead our AMER enablement organization, including GTM Enablement, Partner Enablement, and Customer Experience functions.
- Plan and execute large-scale enablement events, both virtual and in-person.
- Enhance sales and sales engineering competencies by driving best practices and improving productivity in collaboration with Sales and Sales Engineering leaders.
- Oversee shared services related to enablement and sales engineering.
- Develop and implement partner enablement strategies for GTM and delivery initiatives.
- Innovate education delivery through UiPath Academy and instructor-led training programs.
- Expand the depth and breadth of our Certifications program.
- Build the foundation for the next generation of automation professionals via the Academic Alliance and Learning Partner programs.
- Deliver world-class executive briefings at our global briefing centers.
- Create revenue streams through education-focused initiatives.
- Continuously evolve a high-performing team to achieve UiPath’s strategic goals.
What you'll bring to the team - 8+ years of enablement experience in the GTM space, including front-line GTM roles.
- 3+ years in leadership roles, with a track record of scaling organizations.
- Recognized thought leadership in enablement strategies, ed-tech, enablement programs, change management, and learning methodologies.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, bringing together diverse disciplines to create impactful training programs.
- Strong presence and credibility with front-line GTM teams and leaders, demonstrating how enablement drives productivity and performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively in both business and technical discussions.
- A high level of trust, self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability to change and ambiguity.
- A strategic mindset paired with strong execution capabilities, ideally with experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse, globally distributed team effectively.
