About the Team
Order Management at Fireblocks is part of the Revenue Operations team working closely with the Deal Desk function. Both functions have the same leader which results in a number of unified and often beneficial activities. This role, which will be based in the London Office, will be the first Order Management team member outside the USA with the aim of supporting both the APAC and EMEA businesses.
What You’ll Do
- CPQ, the ERP System Netsuite, and related business partners are involved in the deal end-to-end flow. The role will be responsible for the successful assessment and transactions of each submitted opportunity in accordance with the company policies and processes. Activities involved would include but not necessarily be limited to the below.
- Quality Assurance: Undertake detailed quality assurance review of all documentation accompanying the various transaction types. Ensure documentation provided by the various parties is complete, accurate, and valid for the transaction it is aiming to support - MSA and related agreements, Order Form, Statement of Works OW.
- Transaction Processing: Ensure transactions prepared within the CRM and CPQ system and presented for processing meet the requirements as outlined within the business processes.
- Ensure where required, notes and instructions crucial to the ongoing interpretation and processing of transactions are outlined in detail within the relevant Salesforce object record.
- Where required, communicate with relevant stakeholders from across the business to clarify and resolve related deal challenges.
- Process transactions with the skill and care required to attain the level of accuracy associated with the function.
- Further Transaction Support: Work with business partners across various functions where required to clarify transaction impacts, address issues, and coordinate corrective actions as agreed.
- Deal Desk and Order Management ongoing collaboration and alignment
- Closely align with the Deal Desk function: Establish close alignment with the Deal Desk function to jointly assess the effectiveness of the underlying transaction capabilities of the Service portfolio.
- Participate in the learning development drive aimed at continuously improving our understanding of the business, the Services we provide, and the related transactions.
- Seek to challenge established norms and propose alternative solutions.
- Post Transaction Analytics: Support the wider analytics and closure initiative
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred)
- 3+ Years of experience in Order Management, Deal Processing, or similar Finance or Sales Support role
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Netsuite
- Good understanding of the Sales cycle in an IT business
- Experience working with software enterprise sales and renewal management teams
- Excellent team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
- Strong business acumen, reporting, analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End of Quarter, and End of Year
