What you will do
As a SDR Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts. Your focus will be on developing and managing a high-performing team, driving prospecting success, and optimising sales processes to maximise impact. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets.

Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to develop team members' skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing initial sales conversations.

Who you are

3+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.

Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Groove).

Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.

Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

Passion for mentoring and helping team members grow their careers.

Hospitality experience preferred.

Knowledge of lead generation best practices and outbound sales strategies.
