What You’ll Learn
In Week 1:
- SDR Onboarding: Get introduced to our SDR workflow and master our CRM, learning how we transform “qualified” leads into engaged prospects.
- Tool Time: Explore our arsenal of prospecting plays—from critical event outreach to social and consulting plays—and understand exactly when to deploy each tactic.
In Month 1:
- Active Outreach: Start executing multichannel campaigns. Whether it’s on LinkedIn, via email, or through video prospecting, you’ll learn how to spark meaningful engagement.
- Data Mastery: Develop a sharp eye for prospect data. When something’s off, you’ll know how to reassign the lead and log your “deal-making intel” like a pro.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing team and Account Executives to fine-tune your approach, ensuring every lead you handle is primed for success.
In Month 3 and Beyond:
- Pipeline Ownership: Begin managing your own mini-pipeline, turning qualified leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that pave the way for our Account Executives.
- Process Optimization: Share your insights weekly to help continuously enhance our outreach strategies.
- B2B Business Foundation: The sales strategies you’ll master here—prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing—are exactly what you’ll need to build and scale your own B2B company one day.
