The Role
We’re expanding our Rhino team and looking for a Amazon Marketplace Manager to help drive our success. In this role, you will lead daily channel optimizations, manage Amazon defense efforts, handle cross-department escalations, and implement data-driven tests to enhance our Amazon e-commerce performance. Reporting to our Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager, this role plays a crucial part in improving operational efficiencies and driving key initiatives.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling on Amazon, expertise in seller account defense (including cases and suspensions), strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work cross-functionally to resolve challenges and seize growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities in Detail
- Manage ongoing initiatives, such as profitability analysis, pricing strategies, and product selection to drive Amazon store growth
- Work with leadership to develop and implement strategies for Amazon business expansion, including adding new products and entering new marketplaces.
- Oversee A/B testing results to make data-driven decisions on how to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor and test new strategies to improve performance across the board (conversion rates, impressions, CTR, etc.).
- Oversee account defense work, including dealing with account health issues, policy violations, and performance suspensions.
- Manage and review the team's daily case workload, ensuring timely and effective resolutions for all escalated issues (e.g., product removals, account health, ASIN suspensions).
- Collaborate closely with the Product, Logistics, and Ads teams to address issues such as stock-outs, product issues, or advertising call-outs.
- Ensure swift resolution to prevent disruptions to sales, and proactively address issues before they impact account health.
Your Background
- To join our team, you bring along
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon brands required
- Strong data analytic skills–demonstrated ability to turn data into action.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational/project management skills.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and unlocking keys to growing Amazon sales.
- Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate effectively without direct authority over team members.
- Knowledge of latest trends on Amazon, including product listing optimization, utilizing Brand Analytics
