Your Mission This is a fast-paced role focusing on the top priorities of the COO/CFO. We are seeking candidates who enjoy wearing multiple hats and are comfortable working in ambiguity. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, gain end-to-end visibility into business operations, and drive high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s growth and performance. What you'll do at UiPath - Provide a strategic sounding board to the Chief Operations Officer/CFO, driving alignment on business priorities, key initiatives, and operational execution.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring collaboration between various business functions (finance, partner and services, operations).
- Identify and drive operational improvements across teams, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Focus on supporting partner and services team in their continued transformation
- Own executive communications, including business reviews, board materials, and presentations.
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment on critical business matters.
- Ensure that long-term projects are executed in an efficient, cost-effective, and diligent manner
- Act as a key liaison between the COO/CFO and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on critical business matters.
What you'll bring to the team - 5+ years' experience, with a background in management consulting and corporate strategy, operations. Exposure to Go-To-Market (particularly Partner and Services organizations) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of organizational functions, particularly finance, partner and services, operations, and corporate strategy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Experience leading change management and operational transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, budgets, and key business performance indicators. Exposure to financial analysis and basic modeling is desired
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written; demonstrates the ability to communicate to broad audiences.
