How you will make a difference:
As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring top-tier service and tailored solutions for our clients.
- Managing the Recruitment Process
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Craft and post tailored job advertisements to attract the right talent.
- Source, identify, and engage top candidates through multiple channels.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Collaboration with External Recruiters
- Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to external recruiters based abroad.
- Define and implement clear KPIs to ensure performance and efficiency.
- Monitor daily activities, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Deliver regular feedback and organize continuous training to enhance recruiter effectiveness. - Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Tailor recruitment solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and optimize recruitment strategies. - Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client portfolio.
- Actively prospect potential clients and present tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends to offer strategic insights and services.
What will make you stand out:
- Proven Recruitment Expertise – Solid experience in 360° recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Client & Candidate Management – Strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, while building strong client relationships.
- International Experience – Experience working with global clients and external recruiters, managing remote teams, or supporting international hiring.
- Performance-Driven Mindset – Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs, drive placements, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage with C-level executives, hiring managers, and top-tier candidates with confidence.
- Business Development Acumen – Experience in identifying new business opportunities, expanding client portfolios, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Technical & Market Knowledge – Understanding of industry trends, hiring challenges, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of Swiss Labor Laws & Compliance – Familiarity with Swiss labor regulations and compliance (preferred).
- Fluency in English and French– Both Written and Verbal
- Preferred: Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) and CRM platforms.
