How you will make a difference:
As our Recruitment Specialist at our staffing agency, you'll play a vital role in managing human resources for our clients.
Candidate Recruitment & Talent Pool Management:
- Identify, recruit, and select candidates that align with client needs in terms of skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Build and maintain talent pools to ensure a rapid response to staffing demands across various sectors.
- Proactively scout for new talent, keeping our candidate database fresh and up to date.
Resource Planning:
- Organize and coordinate human resources for events and assignments based on client requirements.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between candidates, internal teams, and clients to guarantee timely staffing solutions.
Administrative Management:
- Handle all administrative aspects of recruitment and workforce planning, including contracts, scheduling, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory standards.
Client & Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Monitor candidate performance, ensuring both client and employee satisfaction.
- Swiftly address and resolve any challenges during assignments.
Continuous Improvement:
- Gather and analyse feedback to enhance recruitment strategies and resource planning.
- Develop innovative solutions to anticipate staffing needs and improve service efficiency.
What will make you stand out:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (preferably within a staffing agency or similar environment).
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate selection.
- Knowledge of Swiss labor laws and compliance regulations (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pools for efficient staffing solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to changing client needs.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
