Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager to lead and enhance our creative workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration and resource efficiency within our growing business. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will be a key partner across the Brand and Customer teams, driving smooth project execution and operational excellence.
As a strategic and people-focused leader, you will help scale creative operations, optimise processes, and support a high-performing team in delivering impactful work. Your expertise in workflow management, stakeholder collaboration, and financial oversight will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Guide and prioritise creative projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and clear communication of milestones
- Champion process improvements, providing system training to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency
- Lead Wok-Flow operations, ensuring the system is well-maintained and evolves alongside business growth
- Maintain a clear scheduling system, providing stakeholders with visibility and proactive updates
- Enhance creative systems and processes, ensuring they scale effectively with team and business needs
- Facilitate resource meetings, balancing internal and freelance talent to support creative workloads
- Manage freelancer relationships, overseeing bookings, contracts, and compliance with IR35 regulations
- Oversee creative budgets, manage invoices, purchase orders, and financial forecasting with precision
- Ensure end-to-end project management, maintaining timelines, budgets, and creative integrity.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to encourage seamless collaboration
Who You Are
- Experienced in Creative Studio, Traffic, or Resource Management within an in-house or agency setting
- Skilled in coordinating and optimising workflows, ensuring smooth and effective project execution.
- A collaborative problem-solver, able to work closely with stakeholders and understand business needs.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities, proactively refining processes for continuous improvement.
- A strong communicator who fosters relationships and ensures alignment across teams.
- Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
- Proficient in workflow tools, staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Passionate about supporting and developing teams, fostering a positive and growth-focused culture.
- Financially savvy, with experience in budget and resource management to drive efficiency.
- A dedicated team player, focused on delivering impactful creative work that aligns with company goals
