Role Overview,
We are looking for a Quality Management Intern to join our Quality Mangement team. This role aims to enhance your skills in quality management system tasks (management reviews, events tracking, customer feedback…) and auditors sourcing and support, contributing to your professional growth and our team's success!
Main responsibilities,
Ensure the integrity and security of our eQMS by managing user access levels with precision and care.
Collaborate with our team to identify and source new auditors in alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
Engage in auditor-related operational activities such as managing communications, controlling training records, and more.
Record and investigate events such as complaints, non-conformities, and audit observations within our eQMS to uphold our high standards of quality.
Assist in the launch and review of stakeholder surveys, ensuring we gather and act on valuable feedback.
Contribute to the standardization and streamlining of our processes, driving efficiency and consistency across our operations.
Bring your own ideas and experiment with new approaches to continuously improve our quality management practices.
Main requirements,
This is an intern role so we understand you may have no experience, and this is totally fine! We want you to bring common sense and an open mind to work in a healthy, dynamic, and challenging environment.
You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in lifescience (convenio de prácticas will be necessary to do this internship). We cannot offer this role to someone who has already graduated.
You are passionate about a quality culture and continuous improvement
You are eager to learn and grow.

You are positive, dynamic, and hands-on.
Fluent in english.
