Your mission
Step into the pivotal role of Data, AI & IT Operations Manager at Dixa! This role is ideal for a data-driven individual passionate about AI, data infrastructure, and IT operations. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing Dixa’s AI plan, optimizing our data warehouse, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.
As a key member of the Data & Operations team, you will help drive Dixa’s innovation agenda by enabling AI adoption, maintaining a robust data warehouse infrastructure, and managing IT systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in data management and a curiosity for AI, looking to grow their expertise in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
What you will be doing
Data Warehouse & BI (40%)
Own the management and optimization of Dixa’s Data Warehouse, ensuring seamless data integration from platforms such as Amazon (product data), Salesforce (CRM), and Netsuite (ERP) into BigQuery.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to enable advanced cross-company analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and performance to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that provide actionable insights.
AI Strategy & Execution (40%)
Lead the development and execution of Dixa’s AI initiatives, aligning them with business needs.
Research and implement cutting-edge AI solutions to drive efficiency and innovation across teams.
Act as a central resource for integrating AI capabilities across business functions.
Monitor market trends and advancements to keep Dixa ahead in AI adoption.
IT Operations (20%)
Oversee Dixa’s IT tool stack, handling contract renewals, cancellations, and vendor relationships.
Serve as the primary IT support contact, addressing internal queries and ensuring smooth IT operations for events such as town halls.
Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new and departing employees.
Continuously optimize Dixa’s IT setup, including network performance, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Your profile
At Dixa, we value adaptability, problem-solving, and a proactive approach. We are looking for a tech-savvy candidate who can balance AI innovation, data infrastructure, and IT operations effectively.
The ideal candidate should have:
2-4 years of experience in data-related roles or has a completed degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundation in data warehousing and experience with BI tools (BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation (advantageous but not required).
A passion for AI and a desire to drive AI adoption within a SaaS organization.
Familiarity with IT support processes and general IT operations (experience not required but a willingness to learn is essential).
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
