In your role as (Junior) Application Manager SAP SuccessFactors you will contribute to the optimization and enhancement of our SAP SuccessFactors environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in key HR technologies, collaborate on impactful projects, and grow within a dynamic team.
Job Description
- You support the ongoing optimization and enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite to improve efficiency and meet business needs.
- You take responsibility for reporting and analytics functionalities, helping provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- You contribute to refining absence management processes within the system.
- You collaborate on key projects in the SAP SuccessFactors environment, gaining hands-on experience and developing your expertise in new functionalities.
- You help develop practical and efficient solution concepts that support HR processes and add value to the company.
Qualifications
- You have a basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR, including Reporting & Analytics functionalities.
- You have some experience or a strong willingness to learn how to create automations and business rules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- You are eager to develop your skills and continuously expand your knowledge.
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or any related field.
- Any familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for Germany or SAP HCM PY is a plus.
- You are fluent in English, with German language skills being a bonus.
