The position
Your mission is to spearhead new logos in all commerce industry verticals, and contribute to the team’s strategy and thought leadership.
You will be responsible for managing lower funnel sales cycles within innovative commerce brands, leveraging your drive and authentic empathy to drive revenue growth.
Your mission:
Be responsible for attaining new commerce logos and managing the sales pipeline by negotiating deals with founders and operations leaders.
Deliver state-of-the-art product demos and workshops for customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of the Hive App and our operations offering.
Become a trusted advisor for your customers, advising them on how Hive creates ROI to their business challenges.
Contribute to our efforts in fully understanding our customers, their challenges, and how Hive solves these challenges.
Collaborate cross-workstream across Business Development, Operations Offering, Product, and Expansion and on a global scale with peers from France, UK, Italy, Spain, and The Netherlands.

Your profile

Strong business acumen, honesty/ integrity, positivity, curiosity, and the ability to understand customer challenges.
1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering value-based product demos and leading negotiations confidentially.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment, where achieving sales goals is a priority.
Language: Fluency in German and English is required.
