Aiven's Revenue Operations team acts as a central hub, aligning marketing, sales and customer growth to optimize the entire customer journey. By providing data-driven insights and implementing efficient processes, we aim to drive predictable revenue growth, customer expansion, improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
The Sales Enablement function at Aiven supports our Revenue teams to ensure that they have the right skills, tools and knowledge to deliver outcomes for our customers. We partner closely with revenue leadership and the broader leadership team to align on delivering business outcomes. As part of the Revenue Operations org we predominantly focus on improving the effectiveness of our revenue generating resources and work with operations closely who focus more on efficiency
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Enablement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in equipping our sales and customer-facing teams with the technical expertise they need to excel. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs and resources that empower our teams and partners to confidently position and sell our solutions.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to identify technical enablement needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Design and deliver engaging technical training content, including workshops, presentations, and online resources.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation, FAQs, and best practices in Aiven supported use cases.
- Develop and implement assessments and certifications to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest developments in our technology landscape.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve enablement programs.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical enablement, sales engineering, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, open source technologies, databases, and data-related solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
