Your Role: Beyond the High-Level
Role
As a
Product Owner, you'll be a key player in defining, shaping, and executing our product vision. In this role, youâll help elevate the user experience and guide the development of impactful product features that push boundaries and deliver measurable results. You will:
- Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Youâll take ownership of driving innovation, setting the strategic direction for new features and product enhancements.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teamsâengineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholdersâto bring product concepts to life. Your role is to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and customer value, ensuring that product decisions are rooted in user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Shape the User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to ensure that our solutions are not only innovative but also user-friendly and intuitive. Youâll leverage user feedback, research, and analytics to optimize the user journey and drive engagement.
- Lead with Data: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and prioritize product features. Youâll track product performance post-launch, ensuring continued optimization and improvements based on data.
- Navigate Ambiguity and Deliver Clarity: In a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, youâll be comfortable working through ambiguity. Youâll define clear goals, set priorities, and make tough calls to keep projects on track and aligned with our overall product vision.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, working with key stakeholders to prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications, working with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market analysis to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Use data and analytics to measure product performance and guide future iterations, ensuring product-market fit and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the go-to product expert, providing insights and support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the product management discipline within the company.

Must-Haves
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead the development of innovative products that address customer pain points and create value.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and build strong, effective relationships across teams.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track product performance and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
