Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee quality of production
- Manage the onsite staff. Manage the backstage and show floor areas during operation hours
- Print and distribute daily paperwork including call sheets
- Maintain props, fabrication and set during the run
- Oversee resets in between shows
- Work with AV equipment to start operations and close operations
- Ensuring run of show is on time
- Oversee inventory
- Staff Management ie payroll hours reporting, scheduling
- Ensure safety of full company
- Complete incident reports on behalf of Crew
- Complete detailed daily show reports to provide to the Production Company
- Assist with Production Load in and Load out
- Oversee set inventory including props and set
Skills/Requirements:
- Encouraged to have knowledge live entertainment and a certain passion for the brand
- Experience with customer service and guest management
- An understanding in theatrical or retail operations/budgeting and has the ability to support all departments

- Excellent leadership and management skills an ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in oral and written communication
- Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to ensure work is completed in a timely and productive manner
- Must have knowledge in google platforms, microsoft & excel
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate level of physical ability is required
- Immersive theater/live event experience is a plus!
Salary rate: 50k-65k a year
