About the opportunity
We are looking for an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support our Principal Product Manager and the broader Web Marketing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and development of our marketing website. What to expect?
- Scrum and Standup Meetings: Organize and lead daily standups and scrum ceremonies to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables and priorities.
- Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Ticket Intake and Triage: Manage the ticketing system, assess requests, and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the team.
- Website Maintenance: Oversee 'business as usual' updates to the marketing website, ensuring content accuracy and functionality.
- Training and Support: Provide training sessions to empower teams to use the website effectively.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with Web Development, Design, and Content teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
What you need to be successful?
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, web production, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or B2B marketing environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Experience communicating and coordinating designers and developers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., CMS platforms, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using Contentful and/or other headless CMS is an advantage.

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: $93,000 - $102,000
