Labster’s Corporate Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Programs to oversee integrated marketing campaigns and programs to fuel growth. The Senior Manager of Marketing Programs will play an integral role in shaping marketing campaign strategy and executing programs throughout the customer lifecycle.
This person will collaborate closely with fellow marketers as well as colleagues in other functions such as product management and R&D. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Campaigns and Marketing, this person will be joining a mission driven organization dedicated to improving education globally!
Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaign Management (Acquisition)
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and create sales pipeline
Work closely with content, growth and creative marketing experts to design and deliver campaigns that incorporate elements such as thought leadership content/insights, video, social media, event opportunities, and related components
Craft and optimize personalized campaigns that target specific audiences and personas
Produce a monthly webinar series that utilizes the content and assets from integrated campaigns in delivering insights to our Ideal Customer Profile(s)
Assist in the coordination of live events as needed, helping to ensure a polished and well constructed presence for our brands
Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Rev Ops to properly leverage marketing technology in campaign creation and tracking such as marketing automation, CRM, web CMS, and other related tools to deliver and optimize campaign success
Monitor campaign performance by focusing regularly on KPIs such as MQLs, Conversion Rates, SQLs, Pipeline Contribution, and Closed/Won Success
Customer Marketing (Retention)
Own and manage our online customer community portal by coordinating cross-team assistance on posts and interactions
Lead go-to-market campaigns, messaging, and launches for new product features and capabilities impacting our existing customer base
Plan and implement customer-focused campaigns to drive product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
Support the execution of our annual virtual customer conference
Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities and align marketing initiatives that support customer communications and retention
Design and manage a customer loyalty program to foster referrals and identify customer champions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in marketing for B2B SaaS organizations
2+ years of experience marketing for education, education technology, nursing, healthcare, medical or related products
A passion for customer-centric marketing and a creative approach to solving challenges
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex and technical concepts in a relatable manner
Strong project management skills with an ability to work cross-functionally
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen
Willingness to travel 10 - 15% of the time to industry events and team meetings
