The Role in a nutshell:
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation lifecycle from planning through to go live and engaging with the client’s global implementation team.
How you will make a difference:
You will make a difference by collaborating with Project Managers during the project planning phase, leading global requirements gathering workshops to determine business needs, by consulting with clients on best practices across countries. Also, by guiding and providing SME oversight for implementation activities and ensuring business requirements are accurately documented.
Configuring specific to accurately transform the Client’s Workday PECI files, by developing Global test plan, and working collaboratively with the client and internal resources to meet project objectives. Partnering with the Project Manager throughout the implementation, contributing to improve processes and tools and last but not least, by acting as a resource to others.
What will give you an advantage:
4+ years of Payroll / Workday experience
Previous client-facing consulting or analyst role, with focus on implementations
Ability to understand technical requirements, create solutions and business processes
Flexible mind set, able to apply technical solutions to situations that are new or different (out of the box), be willing to find alternative ways of meeting client’s business problems
Knowledgeable of system integrations and how data behaves
Strong problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to understand business needs and translate to requirements
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Great Excel Proficiency
