Your responsibilities
- You handle and respond to all customer inquiries via email and phone.
- You creatively and effectively resolve complex situations and challenges, ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience for everyone.
- You manage communication with our external logistics partners, ensuring the seamless shipping of bikes sold on buycycle.
- You dynamically improve existing processes and work closely with the team to build a data-driven customer support environment.

About you
- You have a completed degree or vocational training and ideally some initial experience in customer support.
- You work independently, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
- In complex situations, you find creative and occasionally unconventional solutions and approaches.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and quickly adapt to new tasks and areas of responsibility.
- You have strong proficiency in both German and English.
About the role
As part of the Customer Support Team, you serve as the daily link between our customers and buycycle. Thanks to your extensive experience, you ensure a seamless buying and selling experience while significantly contributing to the long-term satisfaction of our customers and the growth of a sustainable buycycle community.
