Your mission
At Finoa, resilience isn’t just a safeguard—it’s the foundation that powers our success in the rapidly evolving world of digital assets. As our Business Continuity Coordinator & Crisis Manager, you will take the lead in designing and implementing frameworks for Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity Management, and Crisis Management.
Your work will ensure that we’re always prepared to tackle disruptions head-on, protecting our operations, reputation, and client trust. By embedding resilience into our processes and aligning with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and industry best practices, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Finoa’s future as a trusted leader in crypto custody. Moreover, you’ll contribute to building a company-wide process map that lays the groundwork for effective operational resilience in our regulated financial environment.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement, and enhance Finoa’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) frameworks, ensuring compliance with DORA and alignment with relevant standards.
- Design and execute emergency response and crisis management protocols, ensuring clear escalation paths, swift decision-making, and effective communication during emergencies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive company-wide process map, identifying dependencies to enhance continuity planning.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies to strengthen operational resilience.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical systems, dependencies, and recovery priorities, integrating ITSCM plans into broader continuity strategies.
- Lead testing and simulation exercises for business continuity, IT service recovery, and crisis scenarios to validate and improve organizational preparedness.
- Serve as the central coordinator during emergencies and crises, facilitate real-time collaboration across teams, oversee the execution of response plans, and ensure detailed documentation for post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
- Develop the training curriculum and awareness initiatives to embed a culture of resilience across the organization.
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders, auditors, and regulators, demonstrating Finoa’s commitment to resilience and compliance.
What you need to be successful:
- Proven experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or IT Service Continuity, ideally in a regulated financial institution or fintech.
- Solid understanding of DORA and familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 22301 and ITIL.
