About The Role
Cobee is a company with a strong product culture that tries to seek excellence in both the Discovery and the Delivery. At a time of great growth for the company, we want to strengthen the Product team with a new Product Manager who, hand in hand with a group of talented and committed professionals, will help us offer the best experience to our users.
Main challenges
- Communicate with stakeholders, other product managers and engineering teams, from product vision to specifications. You will be regularly representing your product and your team to upper management.
- Act as a leader, not just setting direction for an engineering team, but also for your product and our customers and users.
- Take large and complex ideas, compose articulated requirements, plans, and roadmaps, and work with teams to deliver them on time.
- Prioritize across customers and stakeholders to develop a roadmap and communicate priorities both to engineering teams and customers.
- Build the dynamics and lead your product squad from a Product's perspective.
- Identify the problems and turn them into solutions.
- Prioritize and develop the functionalities detected following the lean startup methodology.
You are
- You have 4+ years of proven product management experience in a successful tech company.
- You have experience working and communicating with business and technical stakeholders.
- You've got experience working in fast-paced, agile teams, a deep understanding of software development in a team, and a proven track record of shipping software quickly then iterating on the experience.
- You are experienced in owning, ideating, prioritizing and delivering a roadmap using industry frameworks.
- You manage outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- You have a positive attitude; you welcome failure and learn from it.
- You manage problem-solving solid skills, highly analytical, attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
You have
- You have proven experience in a successful product-led company.
- You've got a proven track record of building and shipping customer-facing products that make an impact (focused on discovery more than on product ownership/development)
- You are experienced in testing and validating product hypotheses.
- You have experience in defining a product strategy for a vertical/squad.
