About you
We're now hiring a customer-focused AI solutions consultant to join our team - a GenAI whisperer with an insatiable curiosity for solving real-world problems. We need a motivated, adaptable, and proactive person with a deep passion for AI and a desire to delight our customers.
You've got real-world experience putting AI to work in businesses, and you love digging into how our customers operate to find where we can make a difference. Details don't slip past you, and you're comfortable wading through lengthy documents to get the full picture. As someone who picks up new skills quickly, you're energised by the fast-paced world of startups. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through in everything you do, and you have a knack for working directly with customers.
More on the role
Reporting to our CPO and Founder Johnny Morris, you'll be spending your time bridging the gap between our innovative genAI driven technology and our enterprise customers’ unique needs - from collaborating with the sales team to build jaw-dropping proof of concepts to working directly with customers to understand their workflows, to designing and implementing custom solutions using our genAI platform.
Day to day, you will…
- Work with the sales team to understand our customers' needs and build templates and proof of concepts to wow them
- Build directly with our customers to understand their workflows, get feedback and dig into their pain points
- Collaborate with our world-class engineering team to build the tools you and our customers need
- Design and implement custom prompt engineering solutions using our genAI platform, including:
- Data extraction, creating and refining templates to extract structured data out of property leases en masse
- Workflow automation, analysing planning documents to draft planning advice
- Creating the perfect content, configuring multi-step content workflows to create market research reports
- Provide product expertise during the sales process, including demos, detailed proof of concepts, and picking up technical questions
- Provide support to our customers post-sale, and collaborate with them to iterate and improve their system set-up
- Become an expert in our customers' processes and disciplines. Share this expertise with the rest of the team
What we're looking for
Experience in startups is required. We're a small team of skilled and independent contributors - and we need someone who can hit the ground running right alongside them 🏃♀️.
Must
First off we need you to have gone deep on prompt engineering - the bug for whispering to LLMs has caught you, and you've built a huge amount of expertise in how to get models to do your bidding. ChatGTP, Claude, Notebook LM, hitting models directly via API, we don’t mind when you built your expertise we want to know about it.
Then we're looking for:
Hands-on experience applying genAI products and solutions in businesses.
Amazing attention to detail and a huge capacity for working through document-heavy problems. Our customers send us millions of pages of scanned PDFs!
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Be ambitious and resilient - we are a seed company seeking to revolutionise document-heavy industries, and this is a high-challenge (and high-support) startup environment.
Nice to have: experience in real estate, law, construction or finance, or other document-heavy professional industries is a plus!
