As a key contributor to our marketing efforts, you will help shape our social media strategy and content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Your creativity and video editing expertise will be at the core of your role as you craft engaging short-form content, execute campaigns, and build meaningful interactions with our online community. In this role, you will:
Develop Engaging Social Media Content: Create eye-catching and innovative content for TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms, ensuring that it aligns with our brand voice, values, and objectives.
Produce and Edit Video Content: Edit and produce short-form videos using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut to create engaging, shareable, and on-brand videos that capture the attention of our audience.
Trendspotting & Creative Direction: Stay on top of emerging social media trends, viral challenges, and content formats to ensure that our social media strategy is fresh, relevant, and resonates with our target audience.
Community Engagement & Growth: Foster relationships with our community by responding to comments, questions, and messages, encouraging positive conversations, and building brand loyalty through engagement.
Content Strategy & Scheduling: Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand goals and objectives. Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure a steady stream of engaging posts.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track the performance of organic content across platforms, analyze key metrics (likes, comments, shares, views), and use insights to refine content strategies and improve future campaigns.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.

- Develop and execute creative social media content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, reflecting Ceartas’ brand voice.
- Produce and edit video content for social media, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Analyze emerging social media trends and incorporate them into creative content strategies.
- Engage with the community through comments, direct messages, and creative interactions to build brand loyalty.
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of content across platforms to improve strategy and engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a unified brand message across all content.
🌟 Must-Haves:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong focus on video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- A creative and innovative approach to social media content creation, with an eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their specific content formats.
- Experience working with social media analytics and data tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media content, especially video content, that demonstrates your creativity and technical abilities.
