We’re at an exciting time here at GoodData, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow our teams! Our recruitment team is an integral part of our HR team and supports a variety of departments (Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, G&A, etc.).
Currently, our team includes a full-time Junior TA Specialist, part-time TA Support, and additional assistance from other non-TA team members when needed. We are excited to welcome a senior team member who will not only handle hands-on recruitment activities but also coordinate the team, optimize our resources, provide guidance, and contribute to building our Employer Brand.
This is a fixed-term position with a contract duration of one (1) year.
What will you do?
Own and drive the hiring process: Lead the end-to-end recruitment for our offices in Prague and Brno.
Collaborate with hiring managers: Our hiring managers are highly engaged in the recruitment process and will support you in understanding our business, processes, and team-specific needs. Your role is to coordinate and drive forward all the activities and help them with sourcing and attracting the best talent.
Identify improvement opportunities: We’re well aware there’s always a lot to improve. In the area of talent acquisition, there are always plenty of opportunities to come up with new ideas and make a difference.
Participate in HR projects: As part of a close-knit HR team, you’ll contribute to various HR activities, learn new things, and help us get better in all the great things you already know.
Engage in Employer Branding: You’ll help us improve our visibility on LinkedIn and potentially other social media platforms.
Communicate effectively in English: Given our international colleagues, strong and confident English communication skills are essential.
About you
You have a few years of experience in recruitment or headhunting with an in-depth knowledge of the IT job market.
You are great at communicating with different stakeholders, hiring managers, candidates, and teammates.
You like to find new ways to hire, experiment with new hiring & sourcing channels, and attract candidates in a creative way.
You’re comfortable with an active social media presence (especially LinkedIn) and enjoy finding fun and creative ways to engage on these platforms.
You’re fluent in English and Czech (Slovak).
You can work autonomously, taking initiative and finding the right solution, without the need for someone to assign specific tasks and assignments.
You are well-organized, structured, and self-driven.
