Overview:
We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/d) to drive the implementation of large language models and AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage project schedules, and ensure seamless execution. With a focus on innovation, you will stay at the forefront of AI developments and translate complex technical concepts into actionable outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
Prompt and finetune large language models
Facilitating customer evaluations and PoC
Develop and manage a detailed customer project schedule
Communicate innovative solutions to our customers and external partners
Understand customer requirements and translate them into project objectives
Stay on top of the latest AI developments to shape our vision at the intersection of market needs and innovation
Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements
Draft and deliver presentations on targeted products, demonstrating features and functionality
Design, deploy, adapt, implement, configure, customize and test solutions for clients, fixing any regressions or challenges that may arise
Provide ongoing technical expertise or guidance and troubleshooting throughout a project's lifecycle to clients and stakeholders
Act as a link between technology and clients, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
Analyze situations, identify problems, and devise efficient solutions, often in time-critical scenarios
Work closely and trustfully with various departments, including sales, engineering, support, operations, IT, business groups, and end users and key users to ensure project success
Your profile:
You have experience with complex projects and managing their entire life-cycle
You have fundamental knowledge of ML, and basic knowledge of AI and Large Language Models
Intermediate Skills in Python
Limited User Experience Design and User-centered approach of software solutions OR Limited Backend Systems Applications design
Good understanding of IT Applications and Architectures
Fundamental/Advanced Understanding of Machine Learning and AI
2+ years working on customer-facing technical pre/post sales projects or solution implementation projects to enable customer's success
You have a solution-oriented mindset that helps you to solve problems creatively
You can identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
