As a Sales Manager at Mews, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of our hospitality-focused SaaS solutions. This role requires a strong background in outbound sales, business development, and SaaS sales strategies, with a focus on expanding our presence in the UK market. You will work closely with a dynamic team to support our mission of streamlining operations for modern hoteliers and delivering impactful results for their businesses.

- Hosting 2+ engaging demos or meetings daily, showcasing Mews to prospects and highlighting how our solutions can transform their operations.
- Making 20+ calls per day (and 150+ total activities per week across emails and calls), building relationships and uncovering opportunities to grow our footprint in the market.
- Driving impact with 10+ outbound outreaches each day, sparking conversations and generating interest in our innovative platform.

- Create and implement strategic territory and account plans with a focus on successful execution.

- Ability to present at all levels, including Managing Directors.
- Proactively update the team and Commercial management on progress.
- Always willing to pick up the phone and make connections to drive results.
- Consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.

- Based in United Kingdom.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SMB SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to communicate, sell, and close deals at all organisational levels.
- Previous experience in Hotel/Hostel Sales or Hospitality Software Sales is a nice to have, not a must-have.
- Team player by heart.
- Outgoing and social, with the ability to communicate effectively across regions and levels.
- Open to feedback, quick to learn, and adaptable to new challenges
- Passionate about new technologies driving innovation in hospitality
This is not a remote-only position, and candidates should be willing to travel up to 50%, attend events, and participate in in-person meetings.
