In the M stack, CrossLend serves as an SPV Operator, overseeing the off-chain management of assets used to back the stablecoin M. Additionally, CrossLend monitors critical processes for M issuers, ensuring their compliance when retrieving value from the system. In cases of an issuer default, CrossLend takes on the role of operator to manage the orderly wind-down of their operations. With a high degree of automation, CrossLend enables efficient, low-touch asset management at a scale of several billion.
M^0 is money middleware for the digital age. It is a decentralized, on-chain protocol, as well as a corresponding set of off-chain standards and APIs, that powers a federation of stablecoin issuers.
