The Cloud Platform Group designs and builds the infrastructure on which AppsFlyer products are developed, tested and delivered.
Within this group, the Dev Infra team is responsible for creating cutting edge solutions - tools and infrastructure - to allow AppsFlyer developers to deliver products with maximum quality and velocity.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of software engineers in creating tools and systems that accelerate AppsFlyer’s software development process and promote quality
- Apply best engineering principles, maintaining the highest quality of design and delivery
- Create work plans and execute them while ensuring effective and agile delivery
- Hire, coach, mentor, and support the career development of your team
- Take an active part in shaping the future of our group alongside fellow leaders
- Promote curiosity, continuous learning, and evaluate new technologies
- Work closely with product management, other team leaders, architects, and internal customers to drive success
What you have
- 7+ years of backend development experience
- 4+ years of managerial experience
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and software development best practices
- Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and their implementations
- Real-world experience with developing and maintaining a large-scale production system using a public cloud provider such as AWS, Azure of GCP
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes principles and hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent

- Real world experience with managing cloud infrastructure
- Proficient with Golang
