Qargo is a tech start-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth, we’re looking for a Data Analyst.
In this role you’ll:
✅ Maintain and extend our in-app Superset dashboard, including operational dashboards (e.g., orders processed, profitability, resource utilization, finance).
✅ Create and manage various internal dashboards and reporting tools to help drive data-driven decision-making.
✅ Build account management dashboards that track app and feature usage, processed revenue, and upsell opportunities for the sales team.
✅ Develop product and engineering-related dashboards, including usage analytics for new features (via Mixpanel or custom builds).
✅ Create integration-related dashboards, tracking integration status and tenant usage.
✅ Provide billing and cost analysis through dashboards, including cost breakdowns per tenant based on third-party API call usage.
What we are looking for:
✅ Strong experience in data analysis and dashboarding tools like Superset, Tableau, PowerBI or Looker.
✅ Strong experience with SQL, data visualization, and reporting techniques.
✅ Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and a good understanding of user behavior tracking.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with product, engineering, and account management teams.
✅ Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
✅ A background in data analysis, computer science, or a related field, with a passion for building impactful dashboards.
