We are seeking an experienced Lead Researcher – Exec Search to join our growing Talent Intelligence Team.e ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier leadership talent to support Mews' ambitious growth objectives across North America and Europe. You will help us build an “always on model where we are constantly looking to build connections with talent to help us move forward. The role requires expertise in developing multi-channel search strategies, utilising Talent Intelligence tools, and partnering with senior leaders to ensure the recruitment of senior leaders within the business.

- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for future and immediate hiring and business needs. Leverage Talent Intelligence tools and insights to guide search efforts, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent pipeline development.
- Improve diversity across leadership teams and influence the hiring funnel, by cultivating relationships and networking externally.
- Supporting internal mobility, by partnering with senior people leaders, to create performance benches.
- Present content, recommendations and insights for leaders across the business.
- Advise senior leadership and hiring managers to align efforts with business objectives, providing regular updates on search progress and market insights to support bench building.
- Guide the recruitment team, by building strong relationships to support recruitment processes and identify any opportunities for training. Use data and metrics to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve the executive hiring decisions.
- Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for senior leadership roles, ensuring alignment with Mews' values and business needs.
- Represent Mews at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates and industry leaders.

- Experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment, preferably within high-growth tech or SaaS companies across Europe (and ideally North America).
- Proven experience utilising Talent Intelligence tools and data to guide strategic hiring decisions.
- Strong research skills with experience in building and maintaining executive talent pipelines.
- Ability to present to multiple stakeholders, and relevant audiences.
- A business partner with strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in dealing with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with tactical execution.
