To support our growing business, we are looking for a Senior CRM Manager.
The role
As (Senior) CRM Manager at Oviva, you will be part of the CRM team and report to the CRM Lead while working closely with our Product and Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and improving automated processes to drive patient engagement and support clinical outcomes. Our CRM technology stack is based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, both of which are fully integrated with our core digital products.
Key responsibilities
Plan and implement projects to automate journeys and processes through Salesforce Marketing Cloud in collaboration and coordination with other teams.
Create and manage automations that use multiple data sources for campaigns
Integrate data from our wider platform and marketing campaigns into customer records
Create reports and dashboards to monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and automations.
Work with our product and development team to improve the setup and data quality of our CRM to meet business needs
Stay up to date on the features of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and communicate any new features or changes to the organisation.
What are we looking for you to bring
3-5 years of professional experience in CRM or marketing automation
Experience in stakeholder management and working in cross-functional teams combined with strong communication skills
An analytical approach coupled with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
An empathetic attitude to understand the needs of our patients
Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Sound knowledge of relational databases and database queries using SQL
Good practical experience in data analysis and visualisation and the use of corresponding tools such as Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, Google DataStudio
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
