Job Description
Our Business Operations team is playing a pivotal role in supporting Omio’s growth and efficiency. We’re looking for an impact-oriented Business Operations Analyst who will be at the heart of cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams to drive data-informed decisions and optimize our core operations. Acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, you’ll influence business strategy, streamline critical processes, and bring analytical rigour to initiatives that shape our company’s future.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data-driven analyses that uncover growth opportunities and drive operational improvements.
- Build scalable tools and frameworks to track, evaluate, and measure the impact of initiatives, supporting a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
- Drive execution of cross-functional projects, collaborating with Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams to support impactful initiatives and streamline complex workflows.
- Monitor company performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness, delivering impactful solutions that align with Omio’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy, ideally within a tech company, marketplace, or SaaS organization.
- Self-driven and action-oriented, with a “test and learn” mindset to deliver high-impact results.
- Strong analytical skills, able to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps that support decision-making.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and fostering engagement to create efficient processes.
- Proficient in working with data, using tools such as Excel, Looker, or Tableau to drive insights and optimize outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
