About the Role:
As a Global Digital Content Creator, you will join the Brand Team to drive impactful video and podcast content that amplifies Tibber’s brand presence globally. This role is crucial to our ambitions to increase content production, enhancing both the reach and quality of Tibber's storytelling across digital channels. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, ensuring our messaging on smart energy and sustainability resonates with a broad audience.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Video Production: End-to-end production of video content, from concept and scripting to filming and editing, across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create Podcast Content: Manage and produce podcasts, overseeing the full process from recording to post-production and publishing.
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with social media, product, and marketing teams to create content that aligns with campaigns and highlights product features.
Develop Engaging Concepts: Generate creative ideas that simplify energy topics, promote sustainability, and engage the Tibber community.
Optimize Content: Ensure videos and podcasts are optimized for SEO and user engagement, using analytics to guide improvements.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Tibber’s brand tone, voice, and visual identity.

Video Production Expertise: Proficiency in filming, editing, and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Podcast Production Experience: Skilled in audio editing, mixing, and publishing.
Strong Storyteller: Ability to craft compelling narratives in video and audio formats.
Social Media Savvy: Experience creating impactful content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on audience engagement.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices for video and podcasting.
Creative and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Independent and Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for Sustainability: Interest in renewable energy or tech-driven solutions is a plus.
