The Role: As a Senior Product Manager in Analytics and Reporting, you will be the voice of the customer, leading the strategic development of analytics and reporting features within our solutions. Your work will deliver valuable insights, drive innovation, and ensure our offerings align with user needs and business goals. Success in this role is tied to the growth of our network and customer adoption. You’ll collaborate closely with the Reporting & Analytics team, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Executives and other internal teams to bring innovative, AI-driven solutions to market. This position reports directly to the VP of Products. Key Responsibilities: Product Development and Execution: Owner of the Product Roadmap for the Reporting & Analytics team and area. Organize and communicate the strategic directions. Collaborate with Engineering, other Product Managers, Data Science/AI, UX Design, Quality Assurance, Release Management to define detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to deliver on agreed-upon scopes. Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and the Tradeshift release cycle. Ensure product features are delivered on time, meet quality standards and Tradeshift “definition of done”. Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather and synthetize feedback, translate it into actionable product insights. Collaboration and Communication: Act as the internal go-to person for all analytics and reporting topics, coordinating with internal teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery and adoption of new reporting & analytics features Maintain strong working relationships with primary stakeholders, including Product Support (PS), Customer Success (CS), Sales Executives, and Customers facilitating feedback and buy-in for product changes. Support customer-facing teams in addressing product-related inquiries and challenges. Knowledge and Vision: Develop a deep understanding of the company's mission, vision, and strategy, and align the product vision accordingly and customer needs. Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to recommend innovative analytics and reporting solutions that add value to Fortune 500 customers and their supply networks. Build a strategic vision and roadmap for the expansion of Tradeshift's flagship products, Tradeshift AP Automation, Marketplace, B2B Integration, Finance Solutions and Compliance ensuring alignment with the company’s broader product strategy. Maintain an up-to-date roadmap for the Analytics and Reporting area on a quarterly basis. Market and Technology Awareness: Stay informed on markets and trends in the Analytics and Reporting areas including AI related technologies into Business Intelligence.. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence and reporting tools. Proficient on minimum one leading Reporting & Analytics platform. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Amazon QuickSight and related GenAI capabilities such as Amazon Q is a Plus Practical knowledge of data warehouses, Business Intelligence, SQL, Data Lake and other data manipulation tools. Familiarity with Account Payables, Procurement, Supply Chain, B2B Commerce reports, dashboards and processes and technologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to challenge traditional solutions and propose innovative approaches to customer problems. Familiarity with technology and automation for driving efficiency, risk management, and value. Strong organizational awareness and the ability to manage dependencies within and across teams. Excellent understanding of GenAI, AI and ML concept and its potential use-cases. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools e.g. Jira and Confluence. Preferred Qualifications: BS or MS or equivalent in Computer Science or Data Science 5+ years of professional experience in product management roles, preferably within a SaaS, Fintech, or B2B network environment. 3+ years of experience with managing cross-functional projects and leading initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders. Experience with Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept in iterative development and customer focus. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-20%).
