- Problem-Solving Abilities: A structured and independent work style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team and Communication Skills: A team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus.

As a Part-time IT Administrator (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure. You will support our employees in IT matters, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem resolution across our systems.
What you'll be doing
- On- and Offboarding: Manage the IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding for new and departing employees.
- Problem Resolution: Assist employees with IT issues and queries, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and manage the IT infrastructure, including networks and workstations.
- Software Management: Handle software licensing, administration, and migration (e.g., from Miro to Figjam).
- Backup and Recovery: Plan and execute backup processes and data recovery strategies.
- Office Hardware Management: Maintain office hardware such as printers, meeting room equipment, desktops, workstations, and the office door system.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of and manage IT inventory.
- Documentation and Process Updates: Regularly update IT processes and maintain thorough documentation.
