We are looking for a dedicated and personable Partner Engagement Manager to join the Americas Team and to be the on-the-ground contact for our supply base in the Boston area. In this role, you will manage and enhance the quality of our partnerships with professional chauffeurs, serving as the face of Blacklane in your market. With guidance from a Senior Market Manager, you'll provide business support, handle escalated issues, and ensure local information is shared across teams. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience working directly with external suppliers, a passion for community-building, and a flexible, proactive approach to growing our market.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- You will be the go-to on the ground contact for our supply base in your market(s). To our suppliers, you will be the face of Blacklane.
- You will manage and improve the supply quality and engagement from our external partners (professional chauffeurs) within your market(s) with support from a Senior or Lead Market Manager.
- You will engage closely with your local supply base. Offering them guidance on how to best improve their business with Blacklane and staying close to their concerns and suggestions on how we can improve the experience for them.
- You will be the main contact for our partners in our Partner Support teams. Making sure that they have all relevant local information needed to properly support our supply partners.
- When needed, you will handle escalated support issues from our supply partners that our support teams are not best-equipped to handle themselves.
- You will support the Senior or Lead Market Manager in operational tasks needed to effectively manage your market.
ABOUT YOU:
- You are currently based in Boston.
- You have 3+ years relevant work experience.
- You have a track record of working face to face with external suppliers.
- You’re passionate about building a sense of community with suppliers.
- You are convincing, personable, helpful & prefer to be out in the field rather than behind a desk.
- You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence, and openness.
- You have excellent organizational, communication & prioritization skills.
- Experience with tableau, salesforce, excel is a plus.
- An interest in service excellence, premium hospitality and travel.
