Business Analyst
Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida (3 days per week office based)
Job Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Florida. Working alongside our Deployment Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and management of the deployment strategy across all phases, documenting deployment plans, and supporting the customer in site rollouts.
This role will also involve maintaining critical documentation, developing process flows, liaising with clients, updating reports, and handling document formatting and branding.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage the deployment strategy across all phases leading up to go live and subsequent site rollout phases.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of the deployment plan across all phases.
- Document learnings from all phases and communicate back to the project team.
- Document and maintain solution requirements, SOPs, and test cases. Coordinate the delivery of test results documentation between stakeholders
- Assist customers in the rollout of new site implementations.
- Provide on-site and remote support during rollout phases to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain and update critical project documentation, including RAID logs, solution designs, and test strategies.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop detailed process flows to be used in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for interim go-live stages and the full solution rollout.
- Create process flows for various tooling solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Schedule and coordinate activities with the mapping team to align with client needs and project timelines.
- Proofread and format documents to ensure they meet company standards and include appropriate branding.
- Ensure all client-facing documents are polished, professional, and reflect our brand identity.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
- Apply independent thinking to solve problems and make informed decisions.
What we are looking for :
You will have strong experience of data migrations, quality assurance and/or data analysis in a software development environment, with:
- 1-2 years experience in a business analyst role or similar position
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience supporting enterprise level or complex multi site projects
- Proficiency with a variety of systems to include Google Suite and Microsoft
- Experience in client liaison and project coordination
Desirable Experience - Its not a deal breaker, but ideally, you will have:
- Experience working on software implementations
- Familiarity with RAID logs and solution design documents
