The copywriter carries out the quality control and description of each product that our VIP sellers want us to store and sell for them.

What you will do đ- Quality Control (25%)
- Pick up the items to be processed in the areas provided for this task and in compliance with the FIFO rules
- Scan the product labels and save them in the system
- To ensure the quality control of the items and if necessary to make the products ready for the transaction (cleaning, point...) by respecting the standards
- Seal the articles after each control to certify their passage by our workshopÂ
- Description (25%)
- Write the items description (composition, defects, measures...) in accordance with the appropriate VC & textile wording
- Identify items that do not conform to the quality criteria of the catalog and reject the item in physical and electronic form
- Inform the photo studio of any details that require special attention during the photo shooting
- Organize the stock of the containers in the areas reserved for this effect and in the respect of the rules of FIFOÂ
- Review customer feedback
- Make picking requests on all items that need itÂ
- Write an answer to each request and update the file
- Make requests for more photos when necessary (different color than the description...)Â
- Administrative (50%)
- Manage the cohesion between the different flows and ensure that the products are put online
- Checking with the VIP rejections in an administrative way, and orienting the customer
- Relistings control (linked to a process error)
- Can handle several other missions such as Quality control of C2C products, ReturnsÂ
Who you are â- Excellent editorial skills and a historical knowledge of fashion
- Expertise in textiles (measuring, material detection, etc.)
- Organizational skills
