Sweep is hiring a Partner Operations Intern to support the Partnerships team in driving the operational and strategic aspects of Sweep's partnership ecosystem.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
As part of the Partnerships team, you will assist in maintaining partner relationships, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing workflows. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams to support our partner-driven strategies.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Support Sweep's Partner Network 🤝
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of existing partnerships, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
- Help maintain accurate partner records and agreements in our CRM system.
- Coordinate partner onboarding processes and facilitate training or informational sessions.
2. Contribute to Partner Program Success 🎒
- Collaborate with the Partnerships, Sales, and Success teams to enhance the value delivered to partners.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner success and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, providing insights to improve partner relationships.
3. Assist in Scaling and Optimizing Partner Processes 🚀
- Help develop and optimize workflows for partner engagements, ensuring efficient operations.
- Support the preparation of materials and documentation for partner meetings, events, and webinars.
- Assist in managing partnership data, ensuring accuracy and helping identify opportunities for growth.
4. Enhance Partner Engagement and Communications ☎️
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and update partnership collateral and resources.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating partner events, such as webinars, training sessions, and roundtables.
- Support the execution of partner campaigns and outreach to ensure Sweep remains top-of-mind within the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications 🏆
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Interest in partnerships, operations, or business development.
- Eagerness to learn about partner ecosystems and operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- French proficiency is a plus.
