POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role for Mews as we enter the next phase of our high-growth journey in North America. This position requires a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong focus on outbound strategies, business development, and SaaS sales. While being a part of our growing team in North America you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of radically changing the lives of hoteliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Articulate and demonstrate our value proposition to hoteliers and management companies
- Effectively implement new business sales strategies and tactics to achieve ambitious quota targets within your territory
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both the senior and mid-management levels
- Travel in-region to attend key events to generate leads as well as visit customers/prospects
- Manage individual sales pipeline to provide accurate and timely forecasts
- Work with Customer Success and Marketing teams on optimizing the customer journey to maximize revenue and decrease churn
- Solve customers’ challenges by applying a combination of technology, business and professional experience
- Provide feedback to Product on behalf of customers/prospects to drive expansion and increase win rates
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Based in Texas or Florida.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience and experience with a "land-and-expand" sales model
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
- Self-motivated with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excited about the opportunity to sell into a greenfield territory
- Experience selling in-person
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred
This is not a remote-only position, and candidates should be willing to travel up to 50%, attend events, and participate in in-person meetings.
