Responsibilities
- Experience with Powershell & Windows 10 and 11
- Optimization of local networks and Wi-Fi streaming
- Experience in small local network set-ups
- Processing malfunctions and developing customized solutions
- Ensuring the security and privacy of computer systems
- Carrying out training courses
- Support at trade fairs and customer appointments
- Level 3 customer support
- Troubleshooting and device repairs
- Testing computer hardware to ensure their functionality
