Your responsibilities
- You support the marketing team to implement the global marketing plan, and develop and manage all France focused marketing initiatives.
- You strengthen buycycle’s brand position by establishing relationships with brands, media partners, influencers and athletes that embody buycycle values. You manage collaborations between these partners and buycycle.
- You establish and maintain relationships with key press contacts within the France market that are a key to success for buycycle.
- You plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- You analyse and report on the results of local marketing initiatives, and make recommendations to adjust the plan as needed.

About you
- You have 3 to 5+ years of marketing experience.
- You have experience and a deep passion for cycling and/or other endurance sports.
- The ideal candidate for this position has a strong business and organisational acumen and demonstrates a native understanding of the France cycling community and cycling culture in general.
- You have experience in developing and executing influencer marketing strategy is a bonus and will be highly valued.
- You have a hands on mentality and are willing to take on many varying tasks within a small team.
- You are proficient in French with excellent English speaking and writing skills.

About the role
The Marketing Manager France (all genders) will support the global marketing team in building awareness and driving growth in France. Leveraging your marketing expertise, you’ll lead cross-channel initiatives across social media, influencer marketing, PR, media partnerships, and advertising to grow awareness, build community, and attract new customers to buycycle.This role requires a proactive leader with experience building strategic relationships both externally and across internal teams.
