The role:
We are looking for a ISV Strategic Partnerships - Manager/Sr.Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The role will involve managing global partnerships with a focus on the North American market.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technology partnerships or similar partner/client facing roles at a top technology or market leading company
- You’ve shown that you can build long term (international) strategic relationships, preferably in B2B Saas market
- You can work in a fast paced, ever changing, startup environment
- You are comfortable working across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Partnership Development:
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at ISVs.
- Establish mutually agreed partnerships objectives and gain alignment and agreement from internal and partner leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
- Establish cadence with key contacts at all levels of the partner organization and ensure continual monitoring, remediation and achievement of key objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and ISV partners.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure successful integration and product development.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ISV partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Sales and Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate efforts between sales and marketing teams from both organizations to drive joint initiatives.
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities in collaboration with ISV partners.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for each ISV partner to maximize joint business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Training and Enablement:
- Provide training and enablement resources to ISV partners to ensure a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Support partners in the development of joint marketing and sales activities.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the partnership.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
