Sweep is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to make Sweep an outstanding resource for the climate community and a real driver of change for our planet.
Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a successful field marketing plan to generate awareness and create demand primarily in EMEA and North America to position Sweep as a thought leader in the climate technology market.
As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you will help the team identify and execute a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics, such as trade shows, conferences, events (both online and offline), webinars, direct mail and call campaigns, with and without partners.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Build a best in-class marketing team 👫
- Coach, enable and lead a growing team of field marketers that can scale with the company.
2. Implement field marketing strategies that unlock growth 🚀
- Manage and mentor the field marketing team, making data driven decisions and delivering measurable results.
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive field marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive customer demand in key regions.
- Oversee the scaling of field marketing activities, ensuring that the programs align with pipeline targets and growth objectives.
- Manage a variety of marketing activities including trade shows, conferences, in-person and virtual events, webinars, direct mail, and call campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute joint marketing initiatives (e.g., partner events, co-hosted webinars) that maximize reach and engagement.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with sales teams to identify new programs, activities, tools, and processes.
3. Assess New Opportunities 🎯
- Build strong relationships with our key partners and customers, utilizing their networks and voices when necessary, in collaboration with Sweep teams.
- Set performance goals, analyze success metrics and report results with complete transparency to deliver continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and assess new opportunities to optimize the overall Field Marketing spend and strategy.

Qualifications 🏆
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Field Marketing leadership role
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot, producing reports and dashboards to make data driven decisions, and mentoring a team that can do the same.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting, managing and scaling a field marketing team
- Understanding fundamentals of the marketing funnel from top to bottom and activities to move prospects through to close
- Savvy enterprise B2B marketer with expertise in live events, face-to face programs and virtual gatherings
- Excellent project management and budget management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to easily engage with SDR and Sale Executives to ensure timely lead followup and event execution while maintaining positive relationships.
