The Interim People Lead will manage HR operations, support growth, and ensure key People processes remain uninterrupted during a maternity cover.

Top responsibilities
Maintain smooth HR operations and manage employee relations.
Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely filling of key roles.
Ensure accurate payroll administration and compliance with tax, benefits, and labour laws.
Take ownership of People OKRs for winter and summer 2025.
Manage the People Team, providing direction and support for People & Culture initiatives and individual and team development.
What you should bring with you
Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and payroll administration.
Experience managing employee relations and advising people managers on engagement and employee performance.
Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment efforts and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Experience in aligning People OKRs with broader business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
