About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CoachHub, you will play a key role in expanding our vision of providing digital coaching to everyone. Your primary responsibility will be customer acquisition, contributing to the growth of our New Business area and driving the overall success of our company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of digital coaching and be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Research and Outreach: Identify and research key contacts and decision-makers within target companies. Connect with potential customers through email, social media, and phone calls.
Relationship Building: Establish and foster meaningful relationships with decision-makers to initiate successful, long-term partnerships.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships through strategic planning and a consultative approach.
Innovation and Growth: Contribute to shaping the future of digital coaching. Your efforts will be crucial in helping us succeed and grow.
Tools and Software: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Salesforce.
Your Profile
Proactive and Analytical: You are proactive in reaching out to people and take a structured, analytical approach to your work.
Sales Experience: You have some experience in sales and a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by achieving ambitious goals and enjoy the challenge of meeting targets.
Collaborative: You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
