Mounir & Julien launched Finary in 2021. Since then, we have made great strides by reaching 450.000 users worldwide on App & Web (rated 4.8/5 stars). We genuinely care about user experience, performance, privacy and ease of use. We ship cutting-edge product with touches of delight. We are a diverse team of 40 individuals, all builders at heart. About the role
Your manager will be Corentin, Head of Finary One. Your role will be to ensure our operations run smoothly.
As an Operation Specialist, you design, implement, and maintain efficient daily operations to deliver a world-class wealth management experience. You implement workflows from scratch, handle daily tasks, coordinate with other stakeholders, and manage incidents.
Additionally, you monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You’d be a great fit if you

you have 3+ years in operations roles in ops-heavy organizations.

are fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
