Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR to improve campaign performance.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure the highest return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager to measure campaign success and report insights.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, best practices, and platform changes.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social Media Advertising.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing, ad optimization, and audience targeting.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
